Full-Fee Workshops – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By booking, you agree to the following:

Deposit: Non-refundable and required to secure your spot. It’s deducted from

the total fee.

Rescheduling: Free up to 72 hours before the class. After that, a $50 rebooking

fee applies, or the deposit is forfeited if you haven’t paid in full.

Cancellations: Cancel within 72 hours and your deposit is forfeited. No refunds

or transfers.

No-Shows: If you do not attend and do not provide notice before the workshop

start time, the full ticket amount will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or

rescheduling apply. This does not affect your rights under Australian

Consumer Law.

If we cancel: You’ll be offered a new date

Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the workshop.

Why this policy matters: Our workshops are small and carefully prepared in advance.

Late cancellations and no-shows impact ingredients, planning, and other

participants. This policy helps us remain fair and sustainable.
